ATTENTION—Important Clinic information
  1. At this time, to protect our patients and staff, it is crucial that we identify patients who are positive for COVID-19 prior to the arrival of their clinic visit.  Due to the Delta Variant spreading throughout our area, our COVID-19 physician team requires we resume the screening process for our patients before their clinic visit. 
  2. The Lodge Wellness Center is accepting well and sick visit patient appointments.  To schedule your appointment please call 423-822-5158, email [email protected] or schedule using your online patient portal.  The Lodge Wellness Center is making every effort to separate well and sick patients and allow adequate time for sanitizing and cleaning in between patient appointments.  If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms please call 423-822-5158 to schedule your clinic appointment.  ​
  3. For immediate care, please text the clinic 24/7. You do not need to schedule a Telehealth visit in advance, simply text when you need us for on-demand care.   ​

The Lodge Wellness Center is offering designated walk-in hours for sick visits only.  All other visits types must have an appointment. ​

Monday: 8:00am - 9:00am
Tuesday: 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am - 9:00am
Thursday: 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 9:00am
