ATTENTION—Important Clinic information:
Due to requirements related to COVID-19, we are screening and re-screening all patients.  Patients with negative screenings may be cleared for a scheduled in-clinic well visit.  Patients with an illness will be scheduled for telehealth/h2h/telephone visits.  We will continue to offer telehealth/h2h/telephone visits, curbside medication pick-ups and allergy injections by appointment only.

Brian Brown, FNP

Brian, a proud Navy Veteran (1992 – 1996 USS independence in Atsugi, Japan/ USS Constellation in LeMoore, CA), obtained his Associates in Nursing from Motlow, his Bachelors from Cumberland University, and his Masters from Union University. Brian, who is originally from Murfreesboro, now resides in Monteagle. Before becoming Lodge’s full time Provider, he worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the Hospitalist Office at Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro. Brian who enjoys spending time with his family has been married for 21 years in which him and his wife share a 20 year old son. His family loves all the outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking and playing golf.
Jasmine graduated from Chattanooga State in 2009 with an Associates in nursing. After graduating, she started her nursing career at Erlanger and went on to get her BSN and MSN from MTSU. In the 10 years she worked for Erlanger, she began as a cardiac nurse on cardiac step down unit and then transitioned to the cardiovascular intensive care unit. After completing her MSN, she began working with a cardiothoracic surgeon as an outpatient NP.
 
Jasmine enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as her little dog, Isabella. She also enjoys exercising.
Amy is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Chattanooga State in 2002 as an associate level nurse and worked for CHI Memorial for 13 years in various areas including the PACU. She attended Southern Adventist University, earning her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in 2014 and 2016 respectively. As a nurse practitioner she has focused on primary care of both children and adults as well as hospice care.

Amy enjoys spending time with her husband Eric and step-daughter Allison as well as family and friends. She enjoys reading, cooking, regular exercise and coaching a local cheerleading squad.
